These Terms govern your use of Skintra (Skintra India) at skintra.co. By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Skintra is intended for adults.
2. What Skintra is
Skintra gives you a personalized skincare routine and product suggestions based on a quiz and an optional AI face scan. It is educational guidance, not medical advice, and not a substitute for a dermatologist.
3. Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code — there is no password. Keep access to your number secure; anyone who can receive your code can access your account. One account is intended per person.
4. Pricing & payment
A personalized plan costs ₹499 (inclusive of applicable taxes) as a one-time payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay via UPI, cards, net-banking, and wallets. We do not see or store your full card details.

6. Refunds & cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short, sales are final once a plan is delivered, except for non-delivery, duplicate charges, or unauthorized payments.
7. Your plan’s validity
A plan is valid for 6 weeks. There is no automatic renewal — when it expires you may choose to re-assess and start a new cycle as a separate purchase.
8. Products & affiliate links
Product links go to Amazon.in and are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you — see How we make money. Prices, availability, delivery, and returns for those products are set by Amazon and its sellers, not by us.
9. Not medical advice
Patch-test new products, introduce active ingredients gradually, and stop using anything that causes irritation. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a diagnosed skin condition, consult a doctor before starting. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
10. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to break or scrape the site, no reverse engineering, no fraudulent payments, and no sharing your account to give others paid access.
11. Intellectual property
The Skintraname, site, and the plan content we generate for you are our intellectual property, provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t resell or republish them.
12. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Skintra India’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your plan, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change and material updates may be notified to you.
