Skintra is a digital service. Your personalized plan is delivered online, inside your account — there is nothing physical to ship.

1. Digital delivery only

We do not ship any physical goods. After your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, your personalized 6-week plan is generated and unlocked in your Skintra account.

2. How soon you get your plan

Delivery is instant in almost all cases — your plan appears as soon as payment succeeds, usually within a minute or two at most. You do not need to wait for an email or a courier.

3. What you receive

  • Your personalized morning and evening routine for 6 weeks.
  • Hand-matched product picks, each with a link to buy on Amazon.in.
  • Your skin-scan insights and concern close-ups.
  • Optional daily reminders, if you choose to turn them on.

4. Accessing your plan

Log in any time during your 6 weeks with your mobile number and a one-time code — your plan is always available in your account. No download is required.

5. If you can’t see your plan

First, make sure you are logged in with the same mobile number you used to pay, and give it a couple of minutes. If it still isn’t there, email skintraindia@gmail.com with your Razorpay Order ID and we will restore access within one business day.

6. Products you buy

The skincare products we recommend are sold and shipped by Amazon and its sellers, not by Skintra. Their delivery times, tracking, and any shipping charges are governed by Amazon’s policies.

7. No shipping charges

The 499 you pay for your plan is the full price. Skintra adds no shipping, handling, or hidden fees.
