Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the paid personalized plan sold by Skintra India on skintra.co. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

1. All sales are final

Your personalized 499 plan is a digital product delivered instantly to your account the moment payment is confirmed. Because it is consumable on delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds except in the situations listed in Section 2.

2. When we do issue a refund

We will issue a full refund where:

  • Non-delivery — your plan did not become available in your account within 48 hours of a successful payment, and we cannot restore access.
  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • Unauthorized payment — your card or account was used without your permission (we may ask you to first raise a complaint with your bank).
  • Any case where a refund is required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

3. What is not refundable

  • Change of mind, or no longer wanting the plan, after it has been delivered.
  • Not following the routine, or not seeing the results you hoped for — skincare outcomes vary from person to person and are never guaranteed.
  • Products you buy on Amazon — those purchases are with Amazon and its sellers, and Amazon’s own returns and refund policy applies to them, not ours.

4. How to request a refund

Email skintraindia@gmail.com from the contact on your account, with your Razorpay Order ID in the subject line. Tell us which exception in Section 2 applies and include any supporting detail (for example, a screenshot). We may ask a few questions to verify the order.

5. Processing timeline

Once you write to us:

  • We acknowledge your request within 1 business day.
  • We confirm whether it is eligible within 3 business days.
  • If approved, we initiate the refund within 2 business days.
  • Your bank or card network then takes about 5–7 business days to credit it. Refunds are always made to the original payment method.

6. Cancelling before delivery

If you contact us to cancel before your plan has been generated and unlocked, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

7. Chargebacks

Please email us first — we can usually resolve a genuine issue faster than a bank chargeback, which can take 30–90 days. Raising a chargeback for an order that does not meet Section 2 may lead us to restrict future purchases.

8. Fraud prevention

We reserve the right to decline a refund where we see clear evidence of abuse, false claims, or a repeated buy-then-refund pattern.

9. No subscriptions

Your plan is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring billing and nothing auto-renews. A plan is valid for 6 weeks; choosing to re-assess later is a separate, optional purchase.
